The best manager you can ask for. Cheryl always goes beyond to provide comfort for the customers. During our stay we never had any problem. If anything was wrong they fixed it as soon as they could. Rooms are clean with washing and dryer inside the unit which is great. Windows had problems during winter which they wanted to fix it. Thanks guys
We couldn't have been happier staying at the Clearwater Residence. So much space and so comfortable to work, cook, relax, etc. Awesome location and the heated underground parking was amazing, especially in the winter! Instantly felt like a home away from home. Can't wait to stay there again. Thanks so much for everything Cheryl, you made the entire stay super easy.
Wow, The staff is amazingly friendly I actually wanted to stay longer it was a home away from home the hotel suite was very cleaned equiped with everything we needed including a washer and dryer right on the spot. Hoping to go back again next Oct and difently will be staying there
Very nice apartments for long stay. All amenities available. Can feel shady in night. Also you will find garbage thrown near elevators, disgusting.
We stayed here twice this year for weddings we were attending. We had a very late arrival after a long drive and after talking to Cheryl, we were assured she would be waiting for us. Not only was she waiting, she helped us take our luggage to the room. Our party consisted of four adults and a child and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The suite was set up perfectly for what we required and was very clean and tidy. Cheryl was very friendly and was more than willing to take the time to answer all our questions about Fort McMurray. We will definitely be staying here again. It was like our little home away from home. HM.

Nice looking units. Secure entrance and it's been quiet. Ac isn't working at the moment so it's 30 C or more in my unit but that will be fixed soon
